Job Description

Location Matters is looking for Industry Leaders interested in partnering with us and obtaining ownership in a growing commercial real estate company. We are aggressively seeking to add experienced agents to our team in all areas of Southern California including San Diego, Riverside, Orange County, and Los Angeles. The ideal candidate would have an established book of business and be interested in taking ownership in their own real estate office or team.

Responsibilities

*Focus on the leasing and sales of retail properties

*Focus on development of tenant relationships

*Lead a team of agents in successfully gaining new business and servicing existing relationships

*Coordinate the processing of real estate transactions through administrator, escrow, and senior agents.

Desired Skills & Experience

Prior Retail Tenant or Landlord Relationship a Plus

Strategic Planning and Organizational Skills

Management and Strong Leadership Skills

Interpersonal skills and a knack for establishing relationships

Strong verbal communication and telephone skills

A California Real Estate License is required
