Excavating and placing embankment.

2106 Excavation and Embankment – Compacted Volume Method

/ Excavating and placing embankment. This work differs with 2105 in that it separates payment for both the excavation of in place soils, and the placement of embankment.
No shrinkage factors have been applied or will be applied to any Excavation or Embankment items. No separate payment will be made for obtaining grading materials from off the Project nor will any payment be made for disposing of unsuitable or excess material.
