All trial, sample or regular orders, regardless of size, may be custom labelled with your own branding if desired.
As these products are for your brand feel free to give each a name that suits your brand image / theme.

Fantastic! We now have enough information to send you an initial quote including shipping costs. Once this is confirmed you can then move on to – Creating your own label designs.
LAST STEP – CREATE YOUR OWN LABEL DESIGNS
OPTION A – YOU DESIGN ( No extra design charge)
If you prefer to create your own label designs then we can send you the recommended label dimensions or even a label design template for each product that you can use as a design guide. Once your designs are complete just send us the print ready files in PDF, PSD or AI format and we’ll print, label and pack your order.
NOTE - wecurrently work in both Photoshop CS2 and Illustrator CS5 compatible formats.
NOTE – there are no extra design fees for clients who provide their own label designs
OPTION B – WE DESIGN FOR YOU ($30.00 per product design)
If you would like us to design your labels for you we offer a simple label design service for just $30.00 per design. For example, if you have 10 different products and would like designs for each then our design fee charge would be 10 x $30.00 = $300.00. Just send us your logo ( in 300 DPI resolution format on a transparent background ) and any company details or other information you wish on the labels and we’ll create a high impact label design for you to review… customized with your own branding.

Shipping Costs & Methods
NOTE – FOR CLIENTS THAT ALREADY SELL OR WISH TO SELL ON AMAZON WE CAN SHIP DIRECTLY TO THEIR WAREHOUSE FOR YOU.
All products can be shipped via one of the following methods. If required we will also help explain the importing process in your country and monitor your order status the entire way until the order is in your hands.
DHL - Door to Door Service
Usually delivered to your door usually within 4 to 6 business days
- DHL super saver rates apply at the 21kg, 31kg, 71kg, 101kg and 301kg levels. This method is fast, convenient and hassle free. Anything less than 21kg is a bit expensive to ship so please bear this in mind.
Seaport to Seaport Service
Usually delivered to your nearest International seaport. 30 - 35 days (North America) / 40 – 50 days (Europe)
Minimum cargo space charge – 1 CBM (1 cubic meter – fits up to 6000 – 90g labelled soaps)
General Rates – approximately $700 to $900 for the first CBM (North America / Western Europe)
This method is the most cost effective but does require you to clear the order through customs at your seaport. Rate includes all transport costs from our factory to Tianjin, China seaport, China customs / export document fees, hygiene permits, China port handling charges and freight to your seaport
Shipping Cartons
All orders are shipped in sturdy 5 ply cardboard cartons – 22 x33 x44cm with layers separated by bubble wrap.
Lead times
Most orders under $1000.00 can be custom labelled, packed and shipped within 9 to 10 business days. Order preparation and delivery times for larger orders will be quoted at time of order. Except for the soaps all other products are made fresh at time of order.

Full payment in advance for orders valued at less than $5000.00 USD
For orders over $5000.00 USD we require half in advance to begin the order with the balance payable upon completion and prior to shipping.
Order Discounts
Based on the total number of products ordered within each product category as well as your cumulative purchasing history. In other words if you continue ordering from us year after year eventually you will reach our maximum discount level… regardless of how much you purchase each time!
Damaged Goods Policy
If any product arrives damaged or in unsaleable condition simply send us pictures of the problem and we’ll replace, refund or credit you for the cost

Just send us your desired formulation or scent blend and we’ll cost it out for you.
Initial sample development fee is $150.00 plus shipping which includes 3 different versions of your custom blend.
For regular custom orders there is a $350.00 minimum per blend.
Lead time 3 to 5 days to prepare. Regular volume pricing for custom orders is in most cases similar to our standard volume pricing structure.
Packaging - our suppliers can create a wide variety of containers to suit most any need. Just ask for details. Note - Some minimums may apply
