End of Year Kindergarten Movie Day
Movie: Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie rated G
When: Tuesday 8th December, 2015
Where: Dumaresq St Cinema Campbelltown.
Time: Depart from school at 11.00am and return by 2.30pm
Travel: By bus
Cost: $15.00 includes bus, movie ticket and small popcorn.
Dress: Full School Uniform
Requirements: Students will not be allowed to buy from the Candy Bar at the movies, however, they
are encouraged to bring their own bottle of water plus an additional treat.
Medical Details: If any medical details have changed since the last medical form was completed, please
request a new form. All members of staff have emergency care and CPR training.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by placing an envelope with permission note and money into the letter box in the School Office.

Student Assistance: Funds are available to support families who are experiencing financial difficulties to enable their child to attend. Please collect application form from School Office.
Payment Due: Last day of payment will be Monday 30th November, 2015 (this is a non-refundable event)
