Dwyer High Panther Football Camp
Join the nationally recognized 14 time District and State Champion Football team for an intensive skilled football camp. In addition to 14 District Titles, the Panthers also hold two State Championships, Runner Up and several Regional Titles. The Panther Football Program has produced more than 120 Division I scholarship football players, 50 small college scholarship players and four former players are currently in the NFL on the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars and Cardinals’ Rosters. Instructors include current players, coaches and returning current collegiate players. The camp will also include a brief presentation on NCAA academic requirements and the importance of maintaining academic eligibility.

Equipment: Athletic attire, hat, sunscreen, cleats/athletic shoes and water bottle
Enrollment occurs on a first come first serve basis and is limited to the first 75 players.
Registration
I/We the undersigned, parent(s)/guardian(s) of __________________ (print name of minor), a minor under age of (21), do hereby grant permission for said minor to participate in the football camp sponsored by the Panther Booster Club hereinafter referred to as SPONSORS.
In consideration of the above named minor being allowed to participate in the football camp, the undersigned’s heirs, executors and administrators, voluntarily assume all risks of accident, injury, or damage and release and forever discharge the SPONSORS, co-sponsors, and its respective employees, officers, agents and William T. Dwyer Community High School of the School District of Palm Beach County, from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind sustained in association with or during participation in the program, regardless of whether such personal injury or property damage caused by the negligence of the SPONSORS, co-sponsors, and its respective employees, officers, agents or otherwise.
I/We give permission to the SPONSORS, to seek, during the period of the camp, appropriate medical attention to be given and for said minor to receive medical attention in the event of an accident, injury, or illness.
The Undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SPONSORS, co-sponsors, and its respective employees, officers, agents, as well as William T. Dwyer Community High School of the School District of Palm Beach County, from all liability, loss and expense, including, but not limited to damages, legal expenses and cost of defense, in any matter arising during or from the participation in the football camp.
The undersigned further agree that said minor will abide by all applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the SPONSORS and co-sponsors and agree to follow the instructions of all volunteer supervisors and/or instructors who are connected with the football camp.
