Company is set-up to be developer of new generation of lottery technologies for different lottery and gaming operations. All duties and business processes from KONAZHAK (previous position) were transferred to DIGYC since this was integration of two companies into one worldwide provider of lottery technology solutions.

Within the start of Bingo Halls project we have developed absolutely new technology product which consists of hardware and software solutions for Bingo hall game. I organized small series production within our company and we were able to produce desktop lottery terminal which consists of touch screen, bill acceptor, printer for checks and system for RFID identification of players. All this was implemented in the special desktop case with controlling electronics and signalization lamp in well-designed case. All this done within our company.

Company was providing different IT services mainly to the lottery operators in Kazakhstan.
All duties and business processes which I was related to in Pennan Consulting AB (previous position), were transferred within the cooperation agreements and partnership in projects in Kazakhstan.
As General Director I was managing team of 15 people which consists of: IT engineers, lawyers, accountants, office manager. We are managing the sales and distribution system for NLK for their 16 regional offices and we were responsible for the network of 3000 sales agents in Kazakhstan.

Regional Manager (Central Asia)
I was sent to Kazakhstan as representative of Pennan to cooperate with National Lottery of Kazakhstan (NLK) in the project of TV Bingo.
I was reporting to the General Director of Pennan Consulting AB and within cooperation with NLK I had team which defers from 5 to 10 people to organize different tasks in the project: IT and technology issues, marketing, lottery management, sales networks etc. As total lottery solution consultant I was cooperating with all departments of NLK and were involved in all business processes in the company.
Set-up of lottery game TV Bingo in Kazakhstan:
Technology:
- customization of software for the Kazakhstan specific marketplace: huge country with many regional offices and low level of IT infrastructure (dial-up Internet at that time etc) .
- language customization - Russian language.
- customization of software for TV broadcasting to the specific Television technologies available on the place: chroma-key customization, audio processing customization.
- database exports and interfaces for the existing IT infrastructure in Kazakhstan: Accounting software, management software and system of reports.
- Supervising process of Ticket Printing at the printing factory of Honsel Gmbh Germany.

- In 2004, conducted successful negotiations with partners in Mongolia, and in June 2004, visited Ulaanbaatar to prepare launch of TV Bingo lottery game.
Main Achievements: Record sales of tickets in Kazakhstan of 1,5M tickets per week for 16 years. TV Bingo is the most important lottery game in Kazakhstan. Start of TV Bingo game in Mongolia - operational requirements similar to those in Kazakhstan.

Pennan Consulting AB is a Swedish company specialized in software and control systems for lottery and other gaming industries - main product for many years is the system for live TV Bingo lottery game.
I was reporting to the Development Director and had no managerial responsibilities at that time.
I was System Administrator for the company's computer network. Software developer: languages C and C++.
We were developing new platform for lottery games especially for the game TV Bingo.

Multi-processor high speed search and calculations.
Video graphics and television system integration - VIGA visitations cards and graphic generation for live TV shows.
System for sales and distribution of lottery tickets in nationwide system of regional offices.

In April 1999, I moved to Budapest, Hungary, and helped organization of branch office of «Pennan Consulting AB» in Hungary.
