Hans Granholm

This honor is awarded to the club that demonstrates the best use of Club Runner e-Bulletin, Club homepage and use of the email system for club communication. These will demonstrate a creative and progressive Internet presence.

·  Club websites will be viewed and evaluated once in every 6-month period of the Rotary year by a panel appointed by the District Awards Committee.

·  The panel will look for general appeal: vitality and age of items.

·  Use of pictures and images in stories and news items.

·  Efficient use of Site Pages and Club Links.

·  Implementation and use of the Event Manager (ClubRunner)

·  Utilization of the upcoming Speakers List.

·  Use of electronic newsletter (e-Bulletin).

·  Utilization of Forum (public part only) (ClubRunner)

·  Use of advertising on the club site.

Public Relations and Marketing

This recognition is awarded to the club producing the best publicity brochure or marketing event/tool during the year. This award relates to external publications rather than within the club itself. Please attach a copy of your brochure

Governor’s - Reflection of Rotary Theme

This award is donated by Past District Governors for the current Governor to award to the club, which has most clearly reflected the Rotary International Theme. This award is open to clubs of all size. Please attach a written description of how your club has reflected this year’s Theme.

Gilbert Paterson

Submit a written description and/or supporting material of your Club’s best project for the Gilbert Paterson Award.

Vinny Jacques

The Club sending the largest number of participants to RYLA program will receive the Vinny Jacques (RYLA) Award.

Vinny Jacques

This Vinny Jacques award is presented to the Club sending the largest number of participants to one of the RYPEN programs for this year.

Applications are not required for the following awards as these are determined by the information submitted by the Clubs to District Office:

Membership Award

This award annually recognizes the club with the greatest percentage increase in membership.

Foundation Award

This award is presented annually to the Rotary Club, which has the highest per capita contributions to the Rotary Foundation.

World Community Service Society

This award is presented annually to the Club with the highest per capital contribution to World Community Service as reported in the Annual Report of the Society.
