You may not display any awards your project has received previously (except ISEF)
Black out name of research institution throughout project.
Remove names of teachers, sponsors.
Cite credit for all images, graphs, data tables, etc. "Photo taken by ...","Image from ...", “Graph created by … “
All photos of human subjects must be accompanied by consent forms (form 4) to use pictures (for SRC only). (Includes anyone other than student researcher)
Project/Poster correct size. The size must not exceed 30" deep x 48" wide x 108" high, from floor. Must be a tri-fold or self-standing style display in assigned space.
Display abstract and bibliography on board.

Remove live or dead plants in raw, unprocessed state.
Remove living organisms, body parts, fluids (teeth, bones).
Remove human or animal food.
Remove all liquids.
Remove sharp items/syringes.
Remove laboratory and household chemicals.
Remove unsafe wiring (page 23).
Remove laser, too powerful or without cautions cited (page 24).
Remove caustics, combustibles, poisons, drugs.
Remove photos of viscera/gore of vertebrates in lab.
Remove dry ice or sublimates.
Remove controlled substances, firearms/weapons.
Remove un-insulated, high temperature apparatus.
Remove tanks that contain(ed) combustibles, or are pressurized.
Remove glass unless integral to project and properly protected.
Active Internet or email connections are not allowed in display.
Display copy of Form 7 (Continuation).
Display copy of Form 1C (Lab setting), w/ name of lab and mentor blacked out or fold bottom under (be sure to keep your originals).
May not operate apparatus due to unshielded moving parts, pinch points.
