DISPENSATIONS REVOKED (EIM30095)
·  Following a review of the original Dispensation it may be decided that the whole Dispensation needs to be revoked. In exceptional cases, revocation may be made retrospectively but only where there has been serious negligence or misrepresentation on the part of the employer or the person paying expenses or providing benefits. Consideration prior to revoking must be made at HO if retrospective recovery appropriate Grade 7 or above authority required. / ·  Obtain original copy Dispensation.
·  Note the original in red “Revoked on ……….)”.
·  Note database/spreadsheet and EBS.
·  On ECS “withdraw” all items.
·  Prepare letter to be signed by HO.
·  Issue letter and file folder (EIM30095).
