Executive Management in the Humanitarian Sector


Background

This course is designed by INSEAD, a top business school in France. The program is taught by INSEAD’s renowned faculty.

Who should participate?

Senior and middle management staff in strategic decision-making roles who oversee emergency preparedness and response.

What will you learn?

The design and content of the programme is based on original research carried out at INSEAD in the three key areas of humanitarian response: disaster preparedness, disaster response and inter-sector collaboration. The following key topics are covered:

· Supply chain management

· Managing high performing teams under turbulent conditions

· Strategy and collaboration

· Finance and management accounting

· Negotiating and decision-making

· Leading change/Developing yourself and others

2,600 Euro. May reduce the rate for select NGOs.
