Depositing Donated/Foundation Funds
Fund 171
Foundation funds, as they are commonly referred to, are donated funds to support Extension.
Verify the Following:
1) Check/s should be made out to University of Florida Foundation.
2) Receipt the check on your Check Log. Refer to instructions on Receiving Cash and Checks.
3) Restrictively endorse each check/s with the Foundation endorsement stamp. The stamp should have the endorsement below. If one was not provided, contact Extension Administration.

Making the Deposit:
1) Complete the UFF-B (Asset Transmittal) form with your appropriate fund information. The form is located at: https://www.uff.ufl.edu/Documents/Document.asp?DocID=694
2) Send the filled UFF-B form and the endorsed check/s to the address below.

Helpful Tips
1) Ensure your deposit has been credited by the UF Foundation. You will find that information at: https://fasweb.uff.ufl.edu/FAS/login_prompt.asp
i) Secure Login information is provided to the County Extension Director (CED) when the fund is established.
2) Deposits are transferred to UF’s Peoplesoft system and funds will be available for spending on the first business day of the month following the deposit. Refer to “Finding Your Cash Based Fund Balance” information.
3) A 2.5% fee is assessed on all incoming deposits. No other fees are charged.
