FedEx, FedEx Ground, DHL, UPS, and Air Borne drivers should have the necessary credentials to be cleared into the location without an appointment. All other carriers must make a delivery appointment at least two business days in advance and must file an RDS 410 Delivery Appointment Form.

Mike Morris, at the warehouse ahead of delivery time to give notice that the truck(s) are within several hours (or even 24 hours) of arriving so security can be notified.

Deliveries can arrive from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., weekdays. All deliveries must be received by Tuesday, March 26th. Enter the South Gate at JBAB (Exit 1 off I-295) and proceed to the inspection station. Driver must have a valid driver’s license. All passengers must have a government-issued photo identification. Must have a valid vehicle registration, valid insurance (fleet insurance is not acceptable), and a delivery manifest. Rental trucks must have proof of insurance as well. No pets allowed. Please use address above for the shipment of all items and mark all items EER13.

Items that are to be returned after the Easter Egg Roll event on April 1st will be returned to the warehouse by the afternoon of April 3rd. You must include a shipping label and instructions for pick-up with your shipment and mark your shipment as needing to be returned. If you do not have shipping documents, minimally you need to tag each item for return with the name of the carrier picking up the item, the name of their company, POC name, phone number with area code, and return address. You are responsible for making arrangements for pickup at the warehouse. Carriers will not be able to pickup until April 4th. Once again, carriers that are not Fed Ex, FedEx Ground, DHL, UPS, or Air Borne will have to be cleared as they do not have identification cards to access the South Gate at Bolling Air Force Base. They will have to make an appointment two days in advance for access and file an RDS 410 form. All items must be picked up from the warehouse by April 8th.
