Deliveries are to be made to:

Hours of operation are from 7am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.

Required Documents for Delivery:

-Original Title (and all associated documents)

-4 copies of the title and associated documents (front and back)

-4 copies of the dock receipt

-Letter of Intent

***A TWIC card is required for all deliveries. All drivers must have a TWIC card to gain admission to the terminal. TWIC escort is available, but you must make your own arrangements. If you need an escort, you can contact Stokes Escort Service at 912-323-4852.***

Requirements for Customs clearance:

1. All titles or reassignments must be signed by buyer/ purchaser

2. Shipper on dock receipt MUST match buyer/ purchaser on title or reassignment

3. All heavy equipment must have notarized original bill of sale or title

4. The Shipper and Freight Forwarder need to have a contact number on dock receipt.

***All copies need to be in black and white, colored copies are not accepted. Please note, if you do not take proper copies, the terminal may charge you to make these copies or they could reject you at the gate. You can call Oceane Marine with any problems that arise at the port***

YOU WILL NOT BE GATED INTO THE TERMINAL WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL TITLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
