Caring in the Carolinas is North and South Carolina’s premier gathering of geriatric and long-term care providers. As you know, access to these key decision-making physicians and mid-levels is limited, mostly due to their lack of office-based practice and busy schedules. We have made significant efforts in recruiting more practitioners, especially mid-levels, to join our group and our conference.
Our planning team has dedicated extended exhibit hours ensuring you ample opportunity to meet with each of our attendees. Our past average attendance is 85 providers. We have mailed save the date cards to every SNF in NC and SC. This year we have established sponsorship levels based on feedback from last year’s vendors.
Exhibit hours will be 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Friday, November 4 and 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 5. (There will be a CME talk for an hour at 11 and sponsored talk at 12 during lunch.)
Our members greatly appreciate the support that we receive from our sponsors. We are aware that this support is the only way that we can continue to provide our members with the education that they need to care for their patients. I will make a special effort by both email and in person at the conference in asking our membership to spend time with our vendors. I also plan to purchase substantial raffle gifts for those members that make the effort to learn about your products.
