10:30 A / Team arrival at Camp Allen Campsite and sets up the Rollo Room / Be on time, ready to set up.
Check into room and unpack. A Registration area should be set up either in the breezeway next to the Rollo Room or on the porch in front of the Rollo Room. (Not near the kitchen area, palanca room, etc) / ALL
ALL / Kitchen Cha gets key for the kitchen for the kitchen area.
Kitchen team may make sandwiches for team members for supper.
Team makes the beds for everyone before participants arrive.
Palanca Cha should cover windows of the palanca room so participants cannot see into that area.
Linen is paid for by Secretariat.
11:00 A / Gather for prayer. / ALL
Set up meeting room. / NEVER drag objects across floor. / ALL / Bring supplies from storage room to Cha-Cha room.
Set up Cha-Cha room according to Head Cha-Cha.
Locate banner pole and ladder -
arrange banners as they arrive from storage.
Put nametags on beds and dorm rooms.
Arrange nametags on front desk.
Electrician tour with Fr.______
Check PA system, projector, and locate light switches.
Prepare musician’s area and risers.
Kitchen Cha-Cha check kitchen, store any perishables.
Learn to make coffee.
Set up chapels, prepare for team Eucharist.
Hang large Cursillo cross in chapel.
*** Be sure chapel is cleared after Eucharist.
Set up Stations ending up at the large outside cross.
Arrange chairs. Locate lights and candles.
ALL / Assist Cha-Cha when finished with your assignments.
Help as directed by Head Cha-Cha or Rector.
