2000-2008 Professional Development grants:
This included ongoing training through the LCSC IT Department and resulted in
the completion of and continued updating of all 14 of the Early Childhood Development
theory core classes. They ran online through Front page from 2000 – 2008. In 2008
began the process of moving them all into our Blackboard program.

Program Manager Duties:
· Recruiting and registering of new students for the program.
· Advising duties: an average advising load is 50 students per semester.
· Prepare and submit graduation applications and course substitutions.
· Schedule and carry out advisory board meetings every semester.
· Create materials for and carry out for scheduled program reviews
· Create all of the curriculum and teaching materials for the hybrid and online courses.
· Supervise adjunct staff
· Develop relationship with local child care center directors to secure practicum sites for students.
· Approve and train mentors for practicum sites
Advising Load:
· I have 57 advisees for the Fall 2014 semester.
Teaching Load:There are 14 courses in this program that are taught on 4 semester rotating basis. The chart below only lists specific classes in the rotation that I will be teaching them. I began teaching this rotation in the Fall of 1995. I did not include all of the years in order to keep this document brief.
