Crestwood Homeowners Association, Inc.

November, 2008

Dear Homeowner(s):

This is a brief newsletter to update Crestwood Homeowners. The Crestwood Homeowners Association (HOA) held its Annual Meeting on Wednesday July 2nd at Camp Ilchester. There were approximately 4 homeowners in attendance along with the previous Board of Directors. Several new board members were elected including Caryn Davis, Eve Mahowald and Ron Abremski to replace outgoing members Dave Hogan, Jonathan Holda and Scot Loiselle. Current Board members John Norjen and Mark Whipple remain.

The new Board has met several times to conduct HOA business and discuss several issues outstanding. As was discussed and approved at the annual meeting, the annual assessment will be increased to $325 for the 2009 assessment year in order to account for the increased cost of several major budget items. Annual dues notices will be distributed in mid-January, with assessments due by mid-February.

The Crestwood HOA has established a website and would like everyone to visit this site if you have not already: . We believe we can communicate more efficiently and effectively if homeowners would visit the website often to receive neighborhood news and other useful information. At the website there are several links including Contact, Calendar and Members Area. You should have received an email with your username and a temporary password, which is to be changed upon your first visit to the website. If you forgot your password, you may enter your username or email and request that the password be emailed to the email address on file. Please review the website and feel free to email the board with comments and suggestions as to how we can make it most useful for the neighborhood. (At the Home Page click on “Members Area” to login). The last HOA meeting minutes and this flyer are available under “File Archive” link.

As the Board works forward, we have plans for establishing a Frequently Asked Questions on the website. There have also been discussions about mailbox replacements and how to handle this issue so all replaced mailboxes are uniform. Until a plan of action has been approved, please do not replace your mailboxes.

We, the Board of Directors, remain committed to you, our fellow homeowners. Board Members may be contacted at the phone numbers listed on the website or via email at

Respectfully,

Crestwood Homeowners Association Board of Directors
