Cannot agree on a price & work is essential. Proceed under the Force Account provisions of §109-05 B

FAW - “Initial” included in this OOC: Include an estimate of Labor, Materials, and Equipment required to complete the work.

FAW - “Final” included in this OOC: Include all Force Account Records (MURK forms, invoices, etc.)
