Because you were unable to participate in the cooking lab, you have to make-up the experience and fill-out this form to receive credit.

You are required to do one of the following items from each section:

1. You may get the recipe for the item that was prepared in class and make it at home. You must fill-out a lab plan and either bring a sample or a picture of the item to class. OR Go on the computer to a cooking/food website and find a recipe that we could use in our class and do some research. Tell what about the origin, when would we make it?, what are the time constraints, what tools and equipment would be needed, what is the yield and why you picked this recipe. Then make a copy and turn it in with this form

2. Assist your parents or guardian at home in the kitchen by doing one of the following below:
