This four hour session has been specifically designed for Medication Aides with pertinent and practical information to assist in their responsibilities and to meet their continuing education requirements for license renewal. This seminar will include topics such as: What do I need to know about Coumadin and the New Anticoagulant Medication?; How to use All these New Inhalers and COPD overview; Medication Errors ... How to Avoid them; Communication with the Medical Staff – Every Voice is Important; and Proper Medication Storage. This dynamic session will include case studies and group discussions.
