Peyton graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Aquatics in 2016. She teaches Y Fit and Cardio Blast classes, as well as individual personal trainings.

Julie Pohler

Julie is certified through the YMCA in Group Exercise and Strength and

Conditioning. She teaches several Y-fit classes as well as individual personal training.

Tyler Palmer

Tyler graduated from Huntington University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Currently, he is the strength and conditioning coach for Huntington University’s men’s and women’s basketball and softball teams. Joy Campbell

Joy is certified through the YMCA in Personal Training, Indoor Cycling, and Strength and Conditioning. Joy understands the commitment it takes to reach fitness goals and enjoys encouraging and motivating others to reach their own.

Heaston is a Strength and Conditioning student at Huntington University. He helps instruct morning Y-Fit classes as well as individual personal trainings.

Achieve the health that you desire with the assistance of a YMCA personal trainer. A personalized workout plan will be developed and your trainer will be with you every step of the way.

One on One

1 session: $25 per hour

6-session package: $125

12-session package: $235

Groups of Two

$100 per person per 7-week session (1.5 hours per week)

Groups of Three

$75 per person per 7 weeks (1.5 hours per week)

12-week Personal Fitness Program

Join the list of success stories! Your personal fitness coach will design a workout specifically for your needs, and monitor your progress daily. During your 12-week program, you will meet with your personal fitness coach four times to discuss goals and find a plan of action that will help you attain your fitness goals. This program gives you the flexibility to workout on your own with the assistance of your wellness coach.
