COMMERCIAL HVAC TECHNICIANS NEEDED
We are hiring certified HVAC Mechanical Technicians and Automation Controls Techs to perform maintenance and repair functions for HVAC systems including; large commercial split and package systems, air-cooled reciprocating chillers, air and water-cooled screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, boilers, systematic controls and familiar with central plant operations.
Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
· Preferred Associates Degree in HVAC from an accredited Junior College or Trade School (Can be substituted for up to two (2) years of experience.
· Preferred 3+ years field experience as a Commercial Mechanical or Controls Technician.
· Must be a registered HVAC technician with the State of Texas
· Must be EPA certified to handle refrigerants
· Experience with equipment maintenance and electrical troubleshooting
· Ability to read wire diagrams and blueprints, basic safety, documentation skills
· Able to prioritize projects, manage multiple assignments and diverse work load
· Must have proven customer service skills & work well with fellow employees
· Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving safety record
