Click on Tools from the Menu. Then Select Internet Options

Internet Explorer 8:

Click on “Tools” from the menu. Then select “Internet Options”

Click on “Delete…” button under browsing history. “Temporary Internet files” should be selected.

Click Delete.

Wait for this process to finish. Close these windows and click refresh.

Internet Explorer 11 or below

FireFox:

Your menu bar must be visible. Click on ‘History’ then ‘Clear Recent History’

Select Cache only and “Clear Now”

Refresh your page.

Google Chrome:

Click on the side menu button click on “History” then “Clear browsing data…”

Select ‘Cached images and files’ from the beginning of time and click Clear browsing data.

Refresh page
