From Nashville South Down I-65

Take I-65, South from Downtown Nashville

· Take Harding Place Exit #78 and turn right (East) onto Harding Place

· Turn left at the second light onto Trousdale Dr. Go 1.2 miles to the stop sign.

· Turn right on Allied Drive.

· Go 0.6 miles - almost to the light. Building is on the right next to the transmission shop

From Nashville South Down I-24

Take I-24, South from Downtown Nashville

· Take Briley Parkway West Exit (Thompson Lane).

· Proceed to Nolensville Road and go LEFT.

· Proceed to Allied Drive, and go RIGHT.

· Building on left after transmission place.

Please contact the individual hotels to verify acceptance of dogs; and size and number of dog limits, or any pet deposits or fees that may be required. NOTICE: All hotels/motels are considered part of our trial site. All AKC Rules and Regulations apply. Our Trial Committee will handle complaints lodged against any exhibitor. Please do not allow your dog to destroy property or disturb other guests, and please pick up after your dog. Any infringements will lead to disciplinary action.

Move-Up Information

Move ups in Obedience and Rally will be accepted providing the next level class and judge is available and the class has not reached its limit. The request for a move-up must be in writing and presented to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. E-mail notice is acceptable.

Refunds

¨ Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the Club it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund will be made. The club may cancel the events due to extreme weather conditions.

¨ No entry fee may be returned after entries close, except that of a bitch that comes in season after being entered. A refund less a $5.00 fee to cover expenses per entry will only be issued if the Trial Secretary receives a Veterinarian’s Certificate to this effect at least one hour prior to the start of classes.

Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) Test Offered

Will start no earlier than 3pm

The Weimaraner Club of the Tennessee Valley will be offering testing for the Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) Certificate on Saturday, April 25. The time of the testing will be determined once entries and the ordering of classes has been established for the CKC’s obedience and rally trial. Testing will be limited to a total of ten dogs. No preregistration is required. The cost of the test will be $10.00. Please bring a comb or brush to use on your dog. For more information,

Notice to Exhibitors

¨ Obedience trial entry fees include a 50¢ AKC first entry Recording Fee and $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee. Rally trial entry fees include a $3.00 AKC Recording Fee.

¨ Clarksville Kennel Club(CKC), the Trial Secretary, their agents, employees, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children.

¨ It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made.

¨ CKC reserves the right to rescue any dog that may be in distress in a vehicle, including being held harmless for damage to the vehicle.

¨ No alcoholic beverages allowed at the show site.

¨ All dogs must be on leash except when in ring.

¨ Trophies/awards not particular to a specific class will only be awarded after all scores have been turned in to the Trial Secretary. No trophies/Awards will be mailed.

¨ Concession stands will not be available on site. Restaurants are available within a short driving distance.

¨ Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their own dogs. Please help us keep this site clean future use.

¨ Un-entered dogs and litters of puppies are not permitted on Trial grounds.

¨ Owners are responsible for being ready at the ring gate. Judges are not required to wait on dogs or handlers.

¨ Exercise pens will not be allowed near the obedience rings.

¨ The Trial site will be available to exhibitors for set up after 7:30 A.m. (CDT) on Saturday, April 25th. Please note that crate space is limited. No X-pens, please.
