Employer & Student Engagement Team
This document regulates the use of communication channels to ensure consistency and to transmit information for a team continuously in flux. This guide records social media log-in information and details formatting preferences. Additionally, a chart specifying tagging guidelines, promotion insights, and passwords for subscription based resources is included. This document is intended to be used by new and returning student employees. This document will continue to evolve as new technologies are used, and policies and procedures are revised.

● Occasionally (1-3 times a week) keep the twitter active by responding to tweets by someone we’re following- either retweet relevant information, or respond to a tweet: “@AvidCareerist Impressive tips!” Typically people will respond back saying- Thank You.

● July 30th Cassandra posted in Class of 2014/2015 and Class of 2015/2016 promoting LCS FB page and we received 14 new likes!

● Plain posts (statuses) have the highest reach, but photos have a much higher engagement.
● Posting between 9am-10pm reach the largest audience. Pretty much equal between these periods so post whenever.
