To complete the Kansas Board of Regents Qualified Admission requirements: Natural Science, 3 units including Biology, Advance Biology, Earth/Space Science, Chemistry or Physics(**At least one unit must be Chemistry or Physics); English, 4 units, not including speech, journalism, drama/theater, and/or debate; Mathematics, 3 units, including Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry; Social Science. 3 units, including one unit of U. S. History, one-half unit of U.S. Government, one unit from psychology, economics, civics, history, current social issues, sociology, anthropology, race & ethnic relations, and one-half unit from world history, world geography or international relations; Computer Technology, 1 unit or pass proficiency exam.

POSTSECONDARY OPTIONS: Northwest Tech- Electrical Technology Students completing the two year, part-time Electrical Technology program at the Career Academy will have the opportunity to earn NCCER certification and a Certificate B. Students completing the program will also earn college credits to satisfy the first year of the two year Electrical Technology AASdegree program at Northwest Tech.
