Transportation
Ontario airport is the closest airport to Lake Arrowhead and you can rent a car and driver to Lake Arrowhead. You can also ride the Metrolink and take the Big Bear Transit to the Lake Arrowhead Conference Center.
Individual Registration
Members- $175 includes lodging and all meals
Non-members-$235 includes lodging and all meals
Vendor Registration
1) Tabletop Exhibit - $550 a table- 38 tables only-(includes your room and meals for the conference)
2) Thirty Minute Presentations to attendees-$250- 12 available
(Presentations must be educational and informational, must not be a sales pitch)
3) Fast Break Appointments with Attendees- $150 (9 vendors only-first come, first serve basis) Sponsors will have eight minute individual appointments with attendees that will give time for an individual sales pitch.

Keynote Sponsor-$3300
Ability to introduce keynote speaker and provide a brief overview about your company and products. (Sponsorship includes a table top exhibit with one registration, one room, meals and one thirty minute speaking session.)
EXPO Reception-$3000
Welcome attendees to the EXPO, additional drink tickets to hand out to attendees. (Sponsorship includes a tabletop exhibit with one registration, one room and meals)
