CAFÉ 150 – Course Design: Who, What, Why
Description: CAFÉ 150 will balance discussion with hands-on exercises enabling participants to analyze their learners and establish what they should take away from their learning experience.
Learning outcomes:
1. Participants will be able to compile information about their learners.
2. Participants will be able to determine their course goals or general course plan.
Content Note:
Prerequisites: Before attending participants should be able to create and manage files, and have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word. The DISC Training Center can provide this if needed.

CAFÉ 155 – Course Design: Achieving Your Goals
Description: CAFÉ 155 will balance discussion with hands-on exercises enabling participants to match tasks and content components that make up the course with what learners will be able to do upon successfully completing the course.

2. Participants will be able to compose specific learning outcomes.

CAFÉ 250 – Course Design: Outline for Success
Description: CAFÉ 250 will balance discussion with hands-on exercises enabling participants to organize the components of learning and identify ways to engage the learner with the learning content.

2. Participants will be able to match teaching strategies with course structure.

CAFÉ 255 – Course Design: Develop the Blueprint
Description: CAFÉ 255 will balance discussion with hands-on exercises enabling participants to blend instructionally sound learning activities with appropriate learning tools.

2. Participants will be able to identify active learning objects and activities.
