-Browser Settings

Internet Browsers

Currently AlphaFlex is supported in three browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Although we recognize there are other popular browsers available, for instance Safari and Microsoft Edge, AlphaFlex is not recommended to run on these platforms. AlphaFlex also requires that your browser is up to date and set to automatically check for the most recent version of webpages. We will review these settings for the three browsers mentioned above. The steps below will also show how to stop your internet browser from saving cached or saved versions of webpages.

*Viewing cached pages (ones stored in the computer memory) can cause an issue by not displaying the most up to date information on the screen.
