I. SITE:
âAll Games will be played at the higher seed. On the night of the finals both the Consolation game and the finals will be played at the Top rated school
II. DATES & TIMES:
(6:30pm for single game and 6pm/7:30pm for double header) Girls will play first in 2016 followed by the Boys game
February 9, 2016--Quarterfinals---3 boys games/ 3 girls games-----Higher Seeds
Top seed will receive a bye

February 11, 2015—Semifinals---2 Girls games-----higher seed

February 12, 2015--semifinals---2 Boys games-----higher seed
â1st 1 seed vs winner of 4 vs 5 6:30pm

February 15, 2015--finals---, 2 girls game---higher---- seed
Both Games will be played at the highest seed

February 16, 2015--finals---, 2 boys game---higher---- seed
Both Games will be played at the highest seed
â1st Game: Consolation game between 2 semifinal losers 6:00pm
â2nd Game: Championship game between semifinal winners 7:30pm
III. UNIFORMS:
âTop seeds shall be designated as the home team throughout the tournament and should dress appropriately (white). Coaches are encouraged to review the tie breaking procedure for seeding purposes with their Principal and/or Athletic Director.
IV. ENTRIES:
âAll coach’s entry forms & media sheets must submitted electronically to by noon on February 11, 2015. Please send the girls to please send the boys to , Entry forms & media sheets will be e-mailed to each AD. Roster is to include uniform number from smallest to largest, name, height and grade.
V. ADMISSION:
Adults---$5.00
Double Hheaders ---$6.00
VI. PASSES:
âThe following passes will be honored: VHSCA, VASSP, VSHSADA, VHSL, Principal’s Pass,
VII. TEAM ADMISSION:
âThe head coach will admit teams upon recognition. Upon arrival, the coach should contact the director for admission.
VIII. SPECTATOR SUPERVISION:
âEach school participating in the Conference 36
Basketball tournament shall have present, during each
Game in which their school is competing, a principal or
Designee that will be responsible for handling spectator issues
And sportsmanship related incidents involving their fans.
IX. MID COURT POLICY:
âAt no time during pre-game or halftime shall either team
Congregate, celebrate or meet at the half court line/circle.
Teams wishing to gather shall do so only on their designated
End of the court (such as at their free throw line).
X. FAN SEATING:
âCheering section for participating teams will be designated for fans’ convenience. No artificial noisemakers, hand-held signs, or banners will be allowed. No confetti at any time.
XI. CHEERLEADERS :
âCheerleading squads will be limited to one squad per school
XII. BROADCAST:
âRadio stations desiring to broadcast games must contact the tournament director in advance.
XIII. DRESSING ROOMS:
âDressing rooms will be designated for each participating team. Facilities will be available approximately one hour before each game.
XIV. WARM-UP:
âThe floor will be available thirty minutes prior to the start of the first game.
XV. BASKETBALLS:
âProvided by the host school.
