FUNDRAISING NOTES:

Our goal is to:

●  (1) cover the costs of the t-shirts/artwork/screens

●  (2) raise enough money to cover the cost of the end of the season buffet dinner at the Dynasty Buffet in Saddle Brook (approx. $25 per bowler)

Fundraising goals:

●  The program must sell 60 total pieces to break even / cover all clothing & artwork costs

●  There are a total of 23 bowlers currently in the program (12 boys / 11 girls)

●  If each bowler sells (3) pieces that will cover the cost of the clothing...and then some

○  Will put towards practice time at Parkway Lanes (shadow bowling)

●  If each bowler sells (8) pieces that will cover both the initial cost and the end of the season dinner for that particular bowler

●  #1 PRIORITY - Everyone sells as least 3 TOTAL pieces

●  Each piece sold after that will go towards your credit

●  For instance:

○  If you sell (5) total pieces then you will have (2) pieces to your credit = $10.00

○  Each piece you sell after the (3) requested will be $5.00 towards your dinner credit

○  (8) total pieces sold is (5) more than the required (3) - (5) pieces x $5.00 = $25.00

I KNOW THAT THE PRICES ARE A TAD ON THE HIGH SIDE BUT
