*If you live out of state please note that if the dog doesn’t work out for you and your family you will be responsible for returning the dog to a BBBR representative in Boise, ID.

· To keep the dog current on health check-up and vaccines
· Agree not to tie or chain the dog as a primary means of confinement
· Agree to return the dog to BBBR if for some reason this dog does not work out in your home
