Middle School Student Senate Fund be increased from $10,316.93 to 14,070.49 ($3,753.56 increase) due to beginning balance of $4,516.93 plus $9,553.56 revenue to date, or $14,070.49 to be appropriated and spent as follows:

·  Race to the Top 2015 Grant (506-9005):

Race to the Top 2015 Grant be increased in the amount of $2,054.22, due to adjustments in allocations, to be appropriated and spent as follows:

Race to the Top 2015-Purchased Services 506-2213-432-9005 $ 2,054.22

Ø  Amended Certificate:

·  Treasurer to request an Amended Certificate of Estimated Resources Revision #4 from the Alle

County Auditor with increases and additions as follows:

approve the following agreement as presented:

Ø  Northwest Ohio Educational Technology Contractual Agreement (NWOET):

Bluffton Exempted Village School District will renew membership to obtain NWOET services at a cost of ADM October 1144 x $1.65 for the school year 2015-2016. The Learn360 Video Streaming cost is $1,550.59. The total cost for NWOET contract and Discovery Education streaming is $3,438.19.

In order for the Board to fulfill its obligation to complete the planned agenda in an effective and efficient fashion, a maximum of 30 minutes of public participation may be permitted at each meeting. Each person addressing the Board shall give his/her name and address. If several people wish to speak, each person is allotted three minutes until the total time of 30 minutes is used. During that period, no person may speak twice until all who desire to speak have had the opportunity to do so.
