Bilingual (English/Spanish) Billing Representative

Responsible for answering inbound billing inquiries and providing excellent customer satisfaction, especially including single call resolution. Sell our excellent products and useful services to existing and potential customers.

Job Type:

Full-time, non-exempt

Job Environment:

Normal office environment, climate controlled. Our call center will be open Monday through Saturday 8am – 8pm. Appropriate job shifts will be assigned to cover our operating hours.

Responsibilities include:

· Process customer payments, maintain customer account records and prepare documentation on installation and service orders.

· Answer customer questions regarding billing, service problems, products and features.

· Resolve delinquent account balances.

· Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billing as necessary.

· Represent enTouch in a professional and positive manner in all situations.

· Provide basic training or guidance to entry-level customer service reps.

· Work under routine supervision.

· Perform under general guidelines, procedures and rules.

· Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.

· Ability and willingness to work overtime, as needed.

· Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

· Call Center Experience REQUIRED.

· Fluent Spanish and English REQUIRED.

· Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent problem solving skills.

· Personal computer knowledge necessary.

· Must be available to work evening and weekend hours

· High school diploma or the recognized equivalent required.

· Six months of previous customer service or sales experience required.

· Able to pass a background check and provide positive references from past employers

Physical Requirements:

· The ability to bend, reach, stoop and walk short distances

· The ability to lift and carry up to about 10 pounds

· Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.

· Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations as well as keyboarding / typing.

· Comprehending: Must be able to quickly read and comprehend complex information as transmitted through any normal business communication method. (Examples: spoken communication, on paper, via e-mail, via voice mail, text message, etc.)

· Learning: Must be able to quickly and accurately assimilate and retain new information presented through any normal business communication method. (Examples: spoken communication, on paper, via e-mail, via voice mail, text message, etc.)
