Notes:

1. Please take note of the number of photographs you select in relationship to the number of shots allotted for your selected package (additional charges for extra shots (see contract). Note that some items require two or more shots, please select accordingly.

2. Since the amount of shots will be limited to those allotted in your selected package, your best "Bang For The Buck", would be to assign those special, and formal shots to your professional photographer, and have others do the snap shots. Either a friend with a camera, or pass out the disposable camera and let your guest shoot away.

3. "Eagle Photography" makes no guarantee that all selected photographs will be shot, some may have to be passed up due to varying reasons:

(a) Photographer has no control over scheduling of events within the wedding or reception

(b) A certain amount of time is allotted within your selected package, thus events scheduled outside that time cannot be photographed, unless prior arrangements have been made. (see contract for overtime rates)

(c) If party's that are to be photographed are unavailable (at the time of photographing that particular event) shot may be passed up.

(d) Not allowing photographer enough time to photograph individual events.

(e) Other reasons beyond photographer's control.
