This list is provided only as a guideline for families planning memorial services. The building representative is here to open and close the Meeting House on the day of the memorial. All arrangements are to be made by the family. The office is usually open Monday - Thursday (9-4) and some Friday mornings.
Date and Time: Arranged with the Stony Run Office. Please note: Do not announce the date and place until cleared with the Stony Run Office.
Parking areas available after 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, select Saturdays, and select Sunday afternoons
Meeting Room will seat 170

Arrange a walk through the Meeting House before the Memorial
Elevator is available, family will need to arrange to get the key
Plan where family will sit
Guest Book supplied by family
Display table for family photographs
Printed tribute prepared by family – photo, poems, biography
Arrange for access to building on day of Memorial
Decide about a receiving line
If there is an urn or casket to be displayed, make appropriate arrangements
Arrange for flowers to be delivered when the Meeting House is open
Extra family/friends may be needed to greet guests, move chairs, direct traffic
