Industrial Funding Fee (IFF): Included in all prices provided.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Bayshore will utilize the Department of Energy web site (www.eia.doe.gov)
to obtain updates on the cost of diesel fuel surcharge weekly. The fuel surcharge percent levied will
be applied to the transportation portion of the invoice only. The surcharge amount will be based
on the most current weekly indicated per gallon price at the time a quote is provided to the
customer.
