I agree to be bound by the Rules and Flying Regulations of THE TIGER CLUB 1990 LTD and the Aerodrome Regulations and observe them and any alterations or additions thereto which may from time to time be made. I agree that neither my Heirs, Executors or Administrators will make any claim against THE TIGER CLUB 1990 LTD, the proprietors of the Club and their respective officers, servants or agents whilst I am a Member of the Club and I, so as to bind myself, my Heirs, Executors and Administrators, hereby indemnify THE TIGER CLUB 1990 LTD, the proprietors of the Club and their respective officers, servants or agents against any claim which may be made by any third party against them arising out of any act, neglect, or default on my part during or in connection with my Membership of the Club, and indemnify the Club against any loss or damage to Club property for which I am found responsible, and which is not covered under the Club’s insurance policies.
I further agree:
1) Always to go out of my way to assist other Members of THE TIGER CLUB in aeronautical
matters.
2) Always to fly with courtesy and with special attention to the safety and comfort of others.
3) Never to use any aeroplane for any disreputable or unworthy purpose.
