The survey will help our team assist your organization to build and sustain evaluation capacity. We recognize that not all staff and programs in your organization will have the same level of evaluation capacity, so please complete the survey for the staff and program that is the focus of this application. Please be as honest as possible to ensure that we help build capacities most in need of support.
