General Citation Rules:
· Citations are listed in alphabetical order by author’s last name or article title if no author name is given.
· Citations are double-space typed with a hanging indent - the first line is flush with the left margin, the following lines are indented five spaces.
· Invert all authors’ names - give last names and initial of first and middle names for only up to and including six authors. For works with seven or more authors, use “et al.” after the sixth author.

Be aware that your professor may have unique citation style requirements. Check with your course instructor to verify his/her required citation format.
