ABOUT THE OUTING
Register today to join us for our 6th year at Whippoorwill Club for a full day and evening of golf, golf clinic, tennis tournament, breakfast, lunch, and cocktails with a fabulous buffet dinner! (See "Schedule of Events" listed below for details.)
Each of our golf and tennis attendees will receive a Greg Norman Dry-Tech Golf Shirt!
Please note that rain or shine this Outing will go on. There is no scheduled rain date. There are no refunds.

2. CHECK PAYMENTS MADE VIA US MAIL:
Registration payments made by check must be received prior to the event. TMA NY cannot accept checks on the day of the event or after the event.
Mail your check (payable to TMA NYC), along with your business card and golf handicap (0-36), or tennis level of play (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced), and shirt size (Men’s or Women’s SM, MED, LG, XL, XXL), directly to our Chapter Administrator at: TMA NYC, P.O. Box 1034, Weston, CT 06883. Please clearly designate which activities you will be participating in at the Outing.
Important Registration Notes
1. When registering for GOLF, be sure to include your GOLF HANDICAP (i.e. 0-36 golf handicap), selection of AM or PM golf, and SHIRT SIZE on the registration form, (Men’s or Women’s SM, MED, LG, XL, XXL).
2. When registering for TENNIS of GOLF CLINIC, be sure to include your LEVEL OF PLAY (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and SHIRT SIZE on the registration form, (Men’s or Women’s SM, MED, LG, XL, XXL).
3. TMA NYC adheres to a strict no cancellation/no refunds policy, however substitutions are welcome. All substitutions must be submitted to our Chapter Administrator by email () no later than Friday, May 31st at NOON. Please include the substitute’s name, title, firm, firm address, email, phone, & golf handicap or tennis/golf clinic level of play.
4. Please note Substitute will be given original registrant’s golf shirt at the originally ordered size. We regret no substitution of shirt sizes can be made.
5. The Outing’s Gift SHIRT SIZES may not be changed/exchanged - please order carefully.
6. The Outing’s Gift Shirts cannot be mailed to individuals unable to attend the event.

AM GOLF SCHEDULE

· 6:30am - 7:00am Check-In
· 7:00am - 7:30am Hot Buffet Breakfast/Rules of Play Presented in Dining Room
· 7:30am - 7:45am Golfers Proceed to their Carts
· 7:45am - 8:00am Golfers Proceed to their Starting Tee
· 8:00am - 12:30pm Shot Gun Begins/Ends
· 12:30pm - 2:00pm Bar-B-Q Networking Lunch
· 2:00pm - 6:00pm Free Afternoon (Join Golf Clinic, Join Tennis Tournament, Relax at the Pool, Internet Available)
· Cocktails and buffet dinner reception will be served from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by prize awards and sponsor acknowledgement
We request all AM golfers check-in no later than 7:00am. All AM golfers not checked in by 7:00am will be assumed to not be attending the event. After 7:00am, all AM golf foursomes will be reconfigured to facilitate faster play.
PM GOLF SCHEDULE (Sold Out/Exclusive to TMA Annual Sponsors):

· 1:00pm - 6:00pm Shot Gun Begins/Ends

COCKTAILS & BUFFET DINNER ONLY SCHEDULE
· The Club pool will be available for lounging & swimming all afternoon. You are cordially invited to enjoy the pool area.
· Cocktails and buffet dinner reception will be served from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by prize awards and sponsor acknowledgements.
