Announcing the Enrollment Period for the SIMPLE Plan

This message is to all returning Tax Pros, CSPs, and Office Leaders returning to either Targett Ledgers* or NBFS* in Tax Season 2012.

Targett Ledgers Inc. DBA H&R Block and NBFS Inc DBA H&R Block, "The Company," has adopted the standard 5305-SIMPLE plan.

Details:

· Contributions will be deducted from payroll on a per pay period basis based on either a flat rate or percentage, predetermined by employee, starting in January.

· The Company will match dollar for dollar contributions to a maximum of 3% of annual earnings in 2011.

· Employee must have earned at least $5,000 in 2011 and expect to earn $5,000 in 2012 from the Company.

· Employee must establish a SIMPLE IRA with Ameriprise Financial formally H&R Block Financial Advisors, our designated investment firm by October 15, 2011.

· Established IRS SIMPLE Plan rules apply.

To begin, fill out the Ameriprise IRA Application and mail it to the address below by October 15, 2011:

To designate the amount of your contributions please fill out the appropriate form and return the signed form by November 27, 2011 to the address below:

· NBFS Employees: Use the NBFS Form 5305 SIMPLE document
