§ Note – IntelliDot who presented at the last Pharmacy meeting, crosses over multi-departments

o Susan H. to draft e-mail meeting invitation for review, then to go out this week

· Materials/Purchasing Task Force formation

o Tom DeSalvo helping to coordinate the Materials group efforts

o Review of combined purchases report

§ Worthwhile to get it started now

§ Clark sorted list to identify suppliers with top % of purchases

· Will forward to Fred/Tom/Susan

o Use that as a springboard to come up with targeted suppliers

§ Also compare it to successful contracts WAHR group has out West

o Board to get together before September meeting to start supplier communications

§ Conference call Tuesday, August 21, 1 pm

· Web site roll-out

o The site is a work in progress

§ Plans are to have it ready to roll-out at September meeting

o Board can view site now

§ Forward suggestions to Fred/Susan

· Confidentiality agreements for all ANEA participants

o Agreements staff will produce a generic form for all to sign

· Addendum signings

o Starting to get them in

· ANEA shirt distribution

o Bring to the September meeting and distribute to those who have already signed the Addendum
