Learner Management System: Home Page

The Aftersales RFC Damage Claim Website is accessed through the Learner Management system. Open your Internet Explorer browser and access the Nissan Online website. The website address is https://online.nissan.co.za. First select the menu item called Nissan SA Applications and then proceed by clicking on the menu item called Dealer Training.

The above selection will then take you through to the Learner Management systems home page. Direct access to this page can also be achieved by using the following web address https://adi.nissan.co.za/adi.net

The link located at the bottom left of the screen called Download Aftersales RFC Damage Claim Website Manual can be clicked to download the manual of the Aftersales RFC Damage Claim Website. Once clicked you will have the option to save the manual on any location on your workstation.

Learner Management System: Login Page

The Login Page will allow you to log into the Learner Management System.

The following window is displayed:

To Login

1 The login details to access the Aftersales RFC Damage Claim Website are the same as your training system (Learner Management System) login credentials.

2 Enter your User Name in the UserName field.

3 Enter you Password in the Password field.

After the information is completed

4 Click the Login button

This will take you to the Main Page of the Learner Management System. Should you have misplaced your login information, you can e-mail the training department () or contact them on 011 695 4301 for further assistance.

Learner Management System: Main Page

On the Main Page of the Learner Management System you will have various different menus. To access the Aftersales RFC Damage Claim Website click on the menu item called Aftersales RFC as indicated below.

New RFC
Click on the main menu item Aftersales RFC and select New Claim. This action will open the page for the dealership to process a new RFC claim.

The following fields require information for the claim to be processed:

RFC Number

Enter the SAP RFC claim number into the block.

Please note that you must first load your RFC damage claim on the BSP & thereafter, using the RFC claim number load you pictures onto this website.

Enter part number

Enter the part number for the damage claim.

Note that this part number must be the same as per the part entered on BSP to capture the damage claim.

As you will be required to upload a picture of the damaged part, you have the opportunity to add additional information that will form part of the claim, and be used by the claims administrator.

Please provide as much information as possible to assist the claims administrator to investigate root causes for the damages & implement corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence of damages.

By clicking on the Browse button you will be able to upload your picture taken of the damaged part.

Please take serious note that due to bandwidth restrictions from the dealership to NSA, we will only accept JPG or JPEG picture file formats to a maximum size of 1 megabyte (1024 Kilobyte).

Should you experience problems with this task, please alert your internal IT support to assist in you in converting your picture to the desired format.

As you will be required to upload a picture of the parcel received, you have the opportunity to add additional information that will form part of the claim, and be used by the claims administrator.

By clicking on the Browse button you will be able to upload your picture taken of the parcel.

All the information listed above is Mandatory & once all information is entered, the New RFC screen should be completed as per the picture below:

Process Claim

Once, all the information required has been entered, click on the Process button to save the information. The system will process a claim and automatically send a mail to the Aftersales RFC administrator.

It will display Process Success at the top of the claim which means that you have correctly loaded your pictures on the website.

Aftersales Damage Claims: Reporting

From the Learner Management System Main Page, first click on Aftersales RFC and then select Reports and then RFC Report

On the reporting page you have the opportunity to select a date range and RFC status. (e.g. For all new claims tick in the New Claims box & the same for NSA Approved & NSA Rejected claims)

You can also click in all status blocks to view the report on all damage claims loaded for a certain period.

Clicking on the View Report button, will display all loaded RFC’s that form part of the selected query.

Aftersales Damage Claims: Administrator feedback

Once the NSA Aftersales RFC administrator has approved or declined the RFC, the dealership representative that processed the original claim will receive a mail to specify the detail.

The dealership can then do a report query on the website; the report result will be as follow:
