Chad Gray made a motion, seconded by Darrell Robinson to advertise for one or more dump trucks with bids returnable at 10:00 A.M. January 4, 2016 in the Board Room of the Grenada County Courthouse 59 Green Street Suite # 1 Grenada MS 38901, with the following specifications or equivalent.

Bidders must specify delivery date and warranty.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The envelope should be marked "SEALED BID FOR DUMP TRUCKS" and contain all required bid information.
The Board reserves the right to determine which the lowest and best bid is and to accept or reject any part of the required minimum bid specifications. It is not the intent that these specifications limit the bidding to any make or manufacturer but rather to select such equipment to fulfill a specific task.
Bids are to be for a 60 month lease purchase each, specifying interest rate AND cash price each.
Bid may be withdrawn upon written notice received from the bidder prior to the time and date designated for the opening.
Bidder shall comply with 31-7-19 of the Mississippi code of 1972, as amended. Bids must be signed.
