· Conclusion

o As a solo practitioner working in Colorado and specializing in the area of dog bite law I would first purchase a Westlaw Price Plan. I would purchase the Westlaw Pro: All State and All Federal at $400 a month because it provides a comprehensive online resource, which would allow me to access cases, headnotes, court orders, statutes, and administrative codes from all fifty states. Additionally, as a solo practitioner I think that the Practice Materials that would be most beneficial would be the American Jurisprudence Pleadings and Practice. However, instead of purchasing the print series I would probably do a Westlaw transactional charge for utilizing the American Jurisprudence Database via Westlaw for $80.00. I think this would be one of the most cost efficient ways of utilizing the Practice Materials because once I have initially accessed the documents I could modified them for future clients. I think this would be more cost effective than paying the additionally $400 a month for the All Primary and Colorado Analytical Westlaw Purchasing Plan.

o In order to stay current in the area of dog bite law I would subscribe to Animal Law Review for $22.00 per Volume.
