To organize, recruit, retain, and train partners to effectively minister through
dance and movement.
Strategies:
· 1st Step and New Members, Communications, bulletin, and personal recruitment
· Identify partners and other ministries: DOD, Mime, 3D, and Flag
· Collaboration with other Showers ministries and churches
· Create Standard Operating Procedural Manual
· Specialized Training &Workshops (dance, movement, warm-up routines, exercise, etc)
· Committal Agreement
· Mentoring and fellowship
· Require medical clearance
· Bible study and prayer
· Evaluation and feedback

To continue to recruit, retain, and train partners; and to create a rotation schedule (Mime and Flag).
Strategies:
· 1st Step, Communication, bulletin, and personal recruitment
· Create opportunities for partners and visitors to express themselves
· Seek collaboration opportunities with other ministries, including musicians
· Update Standard Operating Procedural Manual
· Evaluation and feedback

Establish a youth ministry; and develop a rotation schedule for all ministries.
Strategies:
· Implement business protocols (meetings and agendas)
· Recruitment through 1st step and Communications, bulletin, personal outreach
· Recruit youth ages
· Mentoring program including dance, movement, and organizational development
· Collaborate with youth ministries and parental involvement
