To check time schedule for applications:

You also need to provide us with the following documents, which should be scanned and attached to the application:

1) Copy of your passport (or identity card in case of EU students, as long as it provides the main information generally stated on the passport: date and place of birth, sex, place and date of issue, date of expiry, etc.)
2) Certified copy of your Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and an official translation into Spanish.
3) Certified copy of an official translation into Spanish of your transcripts (academic records).

4) Certified copy of an official document issued by your University of origin that certifies that your Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) qualifies you in your country to undertake postgraduate studies, and an official translation into Spanish.

NOTE: Admissions boards will be entitled to request any other document considered significant to guarantee the academic level required in a given Master’s degree.

NOTE: It is preferable to have all official translations done at your Spanish consulate or embassy prior to coming to Europe. Another option is to have all the documents translated here in Spain.
NOTE: If you are a non-EU student from a country that has signed The Hague Convention, then all the diplomas should carry the corresponding Apostille. If you are a non-EU student from a country that has NOT signed The Hague Convention, then all the diplomas must carry the seal (or stamp) of the Spanish embassy.

If you have any doubts, or problems with the online application, which is in Spanish, you can send your queries in English to the School for Postgraduate Studies, at the following email address:

Once admitted to a Master’s degree, students must enrol at the School for Postgraduate Studies. Thus, they will obtain the official certificate which will allow non-EU students to apply for a Spanish Visa at the Spanish Embassy and Consulate in their countries of origin.

During this enrolment process, students should submit original documents to the School for Postgraduate Studies. These will be checked with the scanned copies, accredited by our office (by means of a stamp o seal) and the originals will be returned to their owners.
