Official Raffle Rules
a. Licensee name: Oxford County Volleyball Club
b. License number: M# 544834
c. Price of raffle ticket: $10.00 each
d. Method by which the winners be determined and the raffle will be conducted: The drawing will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic High School, 431 Juliana Dr. Woodstock, February 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 at 7:30 pm. The winner will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets. The winner will be notified via contact information supplied during ticket purchase. Winner will have thirty (30) days from the notification of winning to confirm his/her address and his/her acceptance of the prize won. If a selected winner is unable to be contacted or located after a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the raffle, or if the selected winner declines acceptance of the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining entries. As a condition of being awarded the prize, winner maybe required to execute a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability. If the winner fails to submit the release of liability, winner may forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will drawn from remaining entries.
e. Contingency plan for inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances if the raffle cannot be conducted as planned: In the event of extenuating circumstances, if the raffle cannot be conducted as planned on dates listed, the raffle will be completed at next available opportunity, this date, location and time will be posted on the Oxford County Volleyball Club Website.
f. Refund Policy: No ticket refunds will be given.
g. Effective Date: December 7th 2015. To purchase raffle tickets or for more information about the event, visit www.hometeamsonline.com/?CRUSHVBALL. All tickets sales will end as of 11:59 pm on January 31, 2016. This raffle is being conducted under rules and guidelines listed at www.agco.on.ca .
