*The MSN-LAN program requires that the student have an actual facility experience in day-to-day manager/leader operations. We desire that the student work closely with the Leader Mentor and their team to achieve goals of patient safety, quality improvement, change projects for Pathways to Excellence® or Magnet®, or evidence-based translational research at your facility. The MSN-LAN faculty will work with the Leader Mentor to support the student with these endeavors.
